Architectural and technical solutions:
- Construction technology: reinforced concrete bearing system with static calculations in accordance with the latest seismic standards in force.
- Exterior walls - designed with regard to sound and heat insulation calculations.
- Interior walls - designed with regard to sound and heat insulation calculations.
- Windows – A combination of Hebeschiebe aluminum glazing and heat-resistant glass will be used. (Kleidco/Schüco/Sapa brands.)
- Air conditioning system: Inverter modern eco-friendly multi-system air conditioner (Daikin/Mitsubishi Electric/Mitsubishi Heavy Industries brands).
- Floor coverings – 1st quality class laminated oak parquet and 1st quality class ceramics will be used.
- Entrance doors - specially made steel doors of the 1st class of quality and safety will be used.
- A floor heating system is provided.
- Plumbing fixtures and accessories for installation in wet rooms by Grohe/Hansgrohe/Vitra.
- Elevators: There are a total of 6 elevators in the project, complying with current technical specifications and high safety standards.
- The apartments will use a set of built-in household appliances from 5 positions: an oven, a cooker, an extractor hood, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. (Siemens/Franke/Samsung brands).
- Both units are designed with ecological and environmentally friendly systems in mind:
- A solar power system/solar panels have been chosen for the exterior of the main buildings and on the rooftops of the villas.
- Rainwater will be collected and used for irrigation in landscape systems.
- The building has a fire safety and fire alarm system installed in accordance with current technical conditions.
- There is a closed area, round the clock security and video surveillance system.
